GBVery iffy - a pain for trainers and clients We're clients of a brilliant trainer who has put a lot of effort into making videos etc for the app, but around half of the weekend sessions he posts for us don't arrive and we have to pester him on Saturdays. Am sure he'd ditch the app if it wasn't for all the work he put into creating it.

GBThe app that allows you to do it all as a coach Trainerize is a great app that I use to coach my personal training client. I believe the app is the best because it allows you to do more than just create a training program. The app allows me to use a holistic approach by setting goals, habits, and dive into nutrition with my clients.
