Gold Standard I took this class based on a recommendation from a friend. I was previously enrolled in a different online real estate school and I'm very glad i switched. This is the gold standard for learning real estate in Michigan! Amazing teachers, very knowledgeable with lots of experience, I love how they can give examples of everything they're teaching because they've lived it.

Kevin is hilarious and definitely made this course so much more enjoyable than just learning Real Estate. Despite COVID & only able to classes… Despite COVID & only able to classes online, I had a great experience & feel like that I made the right choice in picking the school. The class it self really goes through things & makes them understandable & make you feel prepared for the state test. My instructor was Tim Green. I never even got to see his face, but I could tell how much he really cared for everyone in the class’s success & ability to understand the material, & if we didn’t, he made sure we was readily available to contacted by us if we ever had questions. Great guy! Great experience overall. Very optimistic about my future!

My first day of class so far was… My first day of class so far was awesome. I really like the structure of the class and the material that the book provides. My instructor is Kevin George, he doesn’t put you to sleep during the sessions, captures the attention of the class with his knowledge, humor and and energy. I’m very excited to get through my next few sessions, and glad that I’ve finally decided to enroll in real estate classes.
