Gold Standard I took this class based on a recommendation from a friend. I was previously enrolled in a different online real estate school and I'm very glad i switched. This is the gold standard for learning real estate in Michigan! Amazing teachers, very knowledgeable with lots of experience, I love how they can give examples of everything they're teaching because they've lived it.

Real Estate instruction at its Finest Namir and Kevin George are incredible and dynamic teachers. Their passion for the subject drips off them like honey from a comb. This class was an intense 40 hours of everything you need to pass the state exam, and successfully enter the world of real estate. I looked around at other schools, but I'm more than happy to have landed in their class. If you're looking for top-notch instruction in real estate, sign up today. You will not be sorry.

Great Course Just really enjoyed how everything was laid out in the course and how the instructor discussed everything! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to become a real estate agent!

This organization goes above and… This organization goes above and beyond! By far the best choice I could’ve made. Kevin is hilarious and definitely made this course so much more enjoyable than just learning Real Estate. Thank you to everyone evolved in the process of creating this course as well as the study material. I’m very grateful to all of you!

I am only three days into the Real… I am only three days into the Real Estate sales test training and it’s GREAT! Not only am I learning so much interesting information, but Kevin makes it as well. He’s a great instructor to be classed with. Nobody wants to be stuck in a 7-8 hour class with someone talking and talking all day long without excitement, engagement, and enthusiasm. They are all Very knowledgeable. The class setting is relaxed and inviting. You want to be there! I highly recommend Michigan Institute of Real Estate! Cant wait to test!
