I took the self-study residential… I took the self-study residential leasing agent course. You can read the lessons yourself or listen to the audio book. If you get confused or misunderstand something, the chapters continuously goes over lots of the same material to have a better understanding. Learned so much. Fingers crossed for the exam!!!

Great and knowledgeable instructors Great and knowledgeable instructors. Sam is very knowledgeable and makes the material easy to understand. I took the self study online course; all I did was watch the chapter videos and follow along. Quizzes and practice exam were very helpful and similar to the state exam questions. I Passed state and National exams first try.

I not only received my license through them, but I ultimately joined Century 21 Universal where Sam Zakarian—the founder of CRES and an amazing teacher/mentor—is now also my boss. A Paradigm of a School and the Instructor !! In two words: " Sam Zakarian". I had many friends and co-workers who had taken this course at other locations throughout the City and they had taken the test and had failed. I kept asking why they wouldn't wanna retake the test. So, I believe, because of their bad past experience, I kept putting off this course. Just by sheer luck and the fact that I live only 1 1/2 miles away from this school, I chose this location. After taking the class only a few sessions, I realized what a boring subject this was and I realized that Sam was a very skillful instructor who made a very dry, yucky, boring subject palatable with his anecdotes, personal past experience and funny jokes, which to me, they made a world of a difference on a subject like this. We would not have survived the length of the course without him. Knowing that Sam was in charge of the school, I found the school, the staff very accomodating and so cordial. They would go out of their way to welcome you and get you what you need to pass the real estate exam. What is also so important is the website, the accompanying videos, quizzes, ... so much at your fingertip so they have a strong desire to make you a success at this school ! In other words, they are not there just to get your money !

I enjoyed my class experience I enjoyed my class experience. The class was small and you feel comfortable with asking questions. Our instructor was very helpful as well and she gave us some great key points to study to help you succeed in passing the state exam. I definitely recommend CRES!
