I would offer present day situations involving a Realtor. She would search inwardly into her experience and share with her class, then supply me with what Real Estate Law Act states. I had a thirst for combining book knowledge to a real world situation. Also she shared about Networking, planning, patience, and listening to our client/or principal, such as explaining C,O,L,D,AC rules. That is all, Thank you

Great and knowledgeable instructors Great and knowledgeable instructors. Sam is very knowledgeable and makes the material easy to understand. I took the self study online course; all I did was watch the chapter videos and follow along. Quizzes and practice exam were very helpful and similar to the state exam questions. I Passed state and National exams first try.

Chicago School of Real Estate, a unique and trailblazer in Real Estate Educational Programs in USA CRES is unique and a wonderful learning space that helps me build foundational skills in Real Estate. Mr Sam Zakarian is my favorite instructor because of his in-depth skills in Real Estate field and amazing person. Hence, the teaching style, learning environment, and great resources are a few of what my opinion is about this school. The school created a memorable space to build relationships and discover our goals in life beyond our present world. My recommendation to CSRE is that they should enable networking initiatives like previous students meeting new students either through classroom space or online. As for the material, can there be something like simulation ( online visual interactive learning modules) to practice after instructor delivery of skills. Using simulation illustrations instead of textual models scenarios.

Not a bad school at all I like the knowledge that i got from the school, they definitely cover everything. The chapter reviews do help. Although, i do think some of the language and questions could be more up to date faster and put more into lament terms.
