I took the self-study residential… I took the self-study residential leasing agent course. You can read the lessons yourself or listen to the audio book. If you get confused or misunderstand something, the chapters continuously goes over lots of the same material to have a better understanding. Learned so much. Fingers crossed for the exam!!!

I can't imagine prepping for the exam… I can't imagine prepping for the exam without taking Sam's class at CRES. He was a great instructor - engaging, patient and full of real life examples that help students better understand how things would apply in the real world. I also thought the course materials (both the textbook and digital tools) were incredibly helpful. I came into the class knowing very little about the business and left feeling very prepared for the exam.

A Very enlightening enjoyable and progressive experience. My Instructor Danette Foster was amazing, very knowledgeable and instructive in course material, and explained everything to in detail. Made the class enjoyable in its simplicity. Also it was really nice meeting Joe Marella. He offered the school facility to be utilized for studying and also offered resources to help us progress through out the course and preparation for the state exam.

I took Michael Greene's class which I… I took Michael Greene's class which I found helpful and well taught. The resources provided by the school, including quizzes, videos of each class for review, extra math problems, etc. were very helpful. I benefited from Sam Zakarian's videos which reinforced what I had learned in class and helped me as I studied. Small quibble, he was working from an older text which was sometimes slightly confusing though workable.

Sam is an incredible teacher Sam is an incredible teacher. I came to class ready to absorb all that he taught us. This material isn't always fun but Sam made it interesting with his backstories. Come prepared to listen, write and learn.
