GBFSNA course + Jacob Hess = Success AKA Leveling UP! Jacob Hess made my experience a good one. I recently passed the FSNA. To be honest it was this first exam and Lab in a school or Academy atmosphere I have done in 20+ years. I was nervous but through the instruction of Jacob. I was able to be confident at the same time. All throughout the FSNA I felt like there was nothing to hard for me to learn. I am over 50 years of age and you can teach an old dog new tricks!

GBalot of defining things aka alot of typing out paragraphs the labs are so help full and interactive and really helped me to learn the material where i was lacking for me typing out a deffinition dosent help me learn

GBNeeds Updating I like the fact that this seems to be a comprehensive network engineering program. A couple of things I feel could be improved are: 1. the videos really need to be updated. 2. The instructors need to speak as though they are teaching newbies.
