GBFSNA course + Jacob Hess = Success AKA Leveling UP! Jacob Hess made my experience a good one. I recently passed the FSNA. To be honest it was this first exam and Lab in a school or Academy atmosphere I have done in 20+ years. I was nervous but through the instruction of Jacob. I was able to be confident at the same time. All throughout the FSNA I felt like there was nothing to hard for me to learn. I am over 50 years of age and you can teach an old dog new tricks!

GBAnyone can learn about networking The ability to access the material at any time is great because you can make it work around your life. The instructors/mentors in the videos, specifically Jacob Hess, make it extremely easy to understand the material. The best part is, you can just go over any of the sections if they weren't clear the first time. Lastly, the ability to reach out to instructors and other students really makes you feel connected and there is always someone willing to help. Everyone is knowledgeable and definitely know what they're doing. They want you to succeed and they'll make sure you do.
