Probably a scam but worth a shot This is probably a scam where some guy just made multiple meal plans off of basically the same components of food. It was only 11 bucks though, still cheaper than getting some personal trainer. And for that money it's overpriced, but I guess okay for what you are getting. I read through some of the comments, where people that choose the gain muscle plan described some of the exact meals (rather single foods) that I had (I choose the loose weight plan) just with larger proportions. Also, if you go through the comments you'll find that most of the 5 star comments (also suspicious, the only good ratings are 5, never 3 or 4) are on the same date and location. The sentence structure also matches, even the same grammar mistakes. That leads me to believe that they're mostly fake. Even though this is most likely a scam, I am not saying that the plan isn't gonna work. Hence the 2 stars. The foods, although very repetitive and unvaried, are still nutritious. If you're just starting it'll probably be a good way to not get off track and staying away from a lot of cheat meals. The variety sucks though. They probably could have included some actual recipes. But I guess this way you can leave it up to your imagination. I'm still gonna try it and make it worth my money. I won't follow the exact thing though. Eggs might be great for diets, but I don't see any need to have 3 a day. I'm also actually a vegetarian, but I had to choose at least one type of meat for the plan. I'll probably just try and substitute it. Also some of the proportions of food are still kind of a lot. Like, I don't eat 2 eggs in the morning. And I'm also not used to eating so much at lunch. This odd to be great for building habits though. Because if you're kind of weird with food, like me, and switch to not eating anything one day to eating a whole bunch of unhealthy tinny weird snacks the next, without any substantial meals, this is gonna be great for you. So anyways, probably a scam, but you ought to make it worth your money or the refund you're not gonna get (heard the customer service sucks).

I lost 15kg I would personally gonna recommend this to my friends and to the people I met whom would ask me about my secret to losing weight. It's definitely a life saver and it changed me a lot. This really thought me about the discipline on diet and exercise and on how I can gain my confidence back from being too fat to being fit.

This website is such a scam This website is such a scam. They recycle the same food items and do not provide any recipes. They don't help track calories. Their recommended foods do not make any sense, like who eats zucchini for breakfast? For $20 that is just not acceptable. DO NOT BUY!!!!
