CARefund request please I recently purchased a plan but it didn't suite my needs. I sent an email for a refund but waiting. However i do acknowledge its a good place to start if you're a beginner.

GBNot recipes, just list of food. It has good ingredients and macros included, but they are just piled together stating that is what is required for the meal. They aren’t recipes.

BARecommended for anyone who wants to get in shape The website itself is very well made, the design is very clean and the site is very responsive, easy to navigate, and the overall user experience is satisfying. The response and support from the staff is very fast and helpful. As for the diet plans, it generates a pretty good diet plan according to my body specifications. Whether your goals is to lose or gain weight, this site has got you covered. Been using it a little over a month now, and I'm already seeing considerable, positive results. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get in shape.

BAFor some years For some years, I have been struggling with my weight and especially the tummy. All through, I have been trying to strictly follow diets from various authors with no success. But, my problem has finally been solved, and I can see results after 1 week of following meal plan from Next Level Diet. Yes, you heard me well, a great diet. You only need to stick to the diet 4 weeks and you will lose weight without starvation. I recommend this diet to anyone intending to lose weight.

DEProbably a scam but worth a shot This is probably a scam where some guy just made multiple meal plans off of basically the same components of food. It was only 11 bucks though, still cheaper than getting some personal trainer. And for that money it's overpriced, but I guess okay for what you are getting. I read through some of the comments, where people that choose the gain muscle plan described some of the exact meals (rather single foods) that I had (I choose the loose weight plan) just with larger proportions. Also, if you go through the comments you'll find that most of the 5 star comments (also suspicious, the only good ratings are 5, never 3 or 4) are on the same date and location. The sentence structure also matches, even the same grammar mistakes. That leads me to believe that they're mostly fake. Even though this is most likely a scam, I am not saying that the plan isn't gonna work. Hence the 2 stars. The foods, although very repetitive and unvaried, are still nutritious. If you're just starting it'll probably be a good way to not get off track and staying away from a lot of cheat meals. The variety sucks though. They probably could have included some actual recipes. But I guess this way you can leave it up to your imagination. I'm still gonna try it and make it worth my money. I won't follow the exact thing though. Eggs might be great for diets, but I don't see any need to have 3 a day. I'm also actually a vegetarian, but I had to choose at least one type of meat for the plan. I'll probably just try and substitute it. Also some of the proportions of food are still kind of a lot. Like, I don't eat 2 eggs in the morning. And I'm also not used to eating so much at lunch. This odd to be great for building habits though. Because if you're kind of weird with food, like me, and switch to not eating anything one day to eating a whole bunch of unhealthy tinny weird snacks the next, without any substantial meals, this is gonna be great for you. So anyways, probably a scam, but you ought to make it worth your money or the refund you're not gonna get (heard the customer service sucks).
