Total scam - will not stop taking money from my account This company refuses to cancel my subscription for their service which I have never used. I have asked them 3 times to stop/ cancel etc and 7 months later they are still taking £39.99 a month from my account. DO NOT suscribe to them, you will never be able to stop them taking money from your account.

I subscribed to this company for a 7… I subscribed to this company for a 7 day free trial. There recipes did give me some ideas but I didn’t fancy subscribing monthly, but I forgot to cancel. The money came out of my bank and as it was pending it gave me enough time to contact them. At first they declined my request for a refund but as it was still pending they kindly refunded my subscription.

I had an acerage experience with… I had an acerage experience with planketogenic.com. Nothing to write home about. Haven't had any major issues, which is a good thing. All transactions were mediocore - no superior service, no problems. Can't say the same about the product quality though - all the items were fairly standard and without any distinction. Can't say I was overly impressed with the products. Misspellings are intetional.

Absolute disgrace of a company Absolute disgrace of a company, auto-renewed my subscription (which I didn't know was on auto-renew) contacted them and they refuse to refund, not only that but they have taken £66 for a years subscription AND cancelled the subscription so i'm paying for something I didn't want and can't access it even though they have taken my money, how is this legal? Nothing but a bunch of thieves stay away.
