Dont pay the 10K- gives you nothings Paid for a tax deed and liens class. They sold the idea of making millions of dollars, the program cost $10,000 You get nothing. There is zero benefit of paying 10K. NO mentorship. You get a website that is outdated and free entry into some seminars that you have to travel to. I am glad I went to the class, but I paid for that as well.

I do not recommend signing up with this… I do not recommend signing up with this company, i payed 5% for property management and when the tenant contract ended my house was given back to me with holes everywhere, dirty and no ac i did not get the house back like how it was and the agent i was dealing with refused to give me back my house like how it was, for anyone looking for an agent to rent their property i do NOT recommend this company they will take your money and not manage your property like how they should, extremely disappointed

Incredible! I already implemented what I learned. I went to a Think Realty training and it completely changed the way I look at real estate. It was high energy, positive and taught in a way that helped my absorb it faster. Within DAYS I was implementing the strategies taught. Mind blown!

Think Realty! Really! Think Realty Learning about sandwich lease option, straight lease option, subject two, and more was so much fun! Jason is very knowledgeable! I do wish they had a fill in the blank notebook.

Great use of time my time! Great use of time for 2 days. Learned a lot of great information. I am looking forward to implementing the things I learned. When they come back I will be taking the classes again. So much information and would love to hear it again.
