SPoGest-IB changed my life!! IBS-D Hi. I've been suffering with IBS-D for over 6+ years. It was causing me great anxiety and limiting where I could go and travel too. I felt like I would never be normal again, that's until I found SpoGest-IB. Trust me, I tried everything to cure it, but nothing else worked. SpoGest-IB was the only thing that took it completely away. Yes, I know longer suffer from IBS-D, true story. I started noticing changes around month 2, after faithfully taking it daily. However, I thought it was just a coincidence at first, but kept with it. After months 3/4, my GI system started to return back to normal. I've been using SpoGest-IB for about 7 months or so now, but I only use it twice per month now, just to make sure my GI system stays healthy and working correctly. Great product. Strange smell. This product was first introduced to me by my midwife. It helped me so much that I introduced it to a friend who had developed problems due to a medication he was taking. The rest is history. It does cause a certain smell initially 😅 but the effects are worth it.

I'm sorry to say this made my symptoms … I'm sorry to say this made my symptoms worse, I have ulcerative colitis, not sure to be honest what's in it, but would not recommend it
