I literally can't live without it I literally can't live without it. I'm able to function almost at a normal level. That's due to my chronic issues. Nothing else comes close to calming my inflammation and other symptoms. And I've tried just about everything out there.

SPoGest-IB changed my life!! IBS-D Hi. I've been suffering with IBS-D for over 6+ years. It was causing me great anxiety and limiting where I could go and travel too. Pleasantly satisfied I have tried many things to help my diverticulitis and IBS - D nothing has worked until now! The difference has been amazing and it has literally changed my life! No more spasms, no more embarrassing accidents and as a bonus I just generally feel so much better! My mood is better, my outlook on life is better and I guess it’s because I’m not anxious anymore about going out and about and getting on with my life!

I'm sorry to say this made my symptoms … I'm sorry to say this made my symptoms worse, I have ulcerative colitis, not sure to be honest what's in it, but would not recommend it
