GBDo not do business with them because they take your money and don’t provide the service. They have taken 747.00 dollars from me with no product or accountability. I have tried since December 28th to stop the program through emails, text and phone messages with only an automated response which stated they are very busy and basically adjusting to the changes of revamping the program. I would give them a negative star if there was such a thing. I have had to cancel my credit card to stop them from getting any more money from me. I am a nurse and the way they treat their clients is pathetic. Do not do business with this company. I agree with the other reviews that are poor.

GBSteady as she/he goes Ashley is an enthusiastic coach and is also detailed oriented. I just completed my 16-week program and have lost 25 pounds. I have had/was diagnosed with Hasimotos, and it is difficult for me to lose weight. I did have to wait 2 weeks for my last 8 weeks dose, but it didn't impede my progress at all. This program works great and I'm glad I'm doing it. Never give up.

GBSo HAPPY! 51 lbs gone! I am so happy that I decided to try this program. I have lost 51 lbs and feel so much better! I was skeptical but this really works! Friendly, helpful customer service also makes this program easy to use! Try it! It definitely worked (and continues) to work for me!

GBHorrible Experience, Negligent Provider I am a current patient of this business and I am so disappointed in their lack of customer service. I started with The Weightloss Center in September 2023 after finding the business through an online search. In the beginning, the service was great. I met with a physician over the phone, paid for my medication and it was sent to me rather quickly. However, after this initial experience, service has gone downhill drastically. When you start, you're told you will have access to a physician and health coach. I have not been prompted in the 4 months I've been on the medication for any appts with a health coach and I have not received any push to meet with the physician again to see how I'm doing. In fact, no one at this company has reached out to me to see how I'm doing. I could have lost zero weight at this point and they would have no idea of my status. Every refill, I have to call to talk to someone because the refill is delayed. Most recently last month, I was advised they were changing compounding pharmacies due to a semaglutide shortage. When I received my medicine from the new pharmacy, I noticed it did not contain the same ingredients previous orders have. No indication of the medication being made with energy vitamins like in previous orders. I have drastically noticed a difference in my energy level now that this is not being added. I am in need of a refill now. I have texted and called their "VIP" line multiple times with no response. Today, I tried calling their regular customer service phone number listed on their website and it was disconnected. I am starting to feel like this company shut down and didn't provide any update to their customers. I've paid for 2 months of medication I have not received... $500 worth! This is negligent to their customers as a medical provider. Please do not use this business.
