Goods finally arrived, but poor customer service Ordered some stuff from States for delivery to UK - it eventually arrived after a long time. My email enquiries went unanswered. Looked at delivery small print, which stated there would be no refund if the goods didn't turn up. With future orders, I will pay the extra for insurance. I think you can trust this company, but they need to get their act together with customer service.

Subscriptions never signed up for Automatic subscriptions never signed up for, shipping takes forever and you pay a small premium for insured delivery (automatically added if you don't opt-out). This company is sneaky, although I've gotten what I ordered, but not in a very timely fashion. Doesn't inspire much confidence.
