GBSuperco was incredibly responsive and… Superco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Not to mention, they had the best deal on the Zojirushi water boiler and free shipping. Why would you not go with them? Shipping took about a couple of days (but only because they were waiting for stock to come in), but from shipment to delivery was less than 5 business days to TX. Take a look at Superco, tbh I've never heard of them before this but I'm glad I took a chance on them.

GBZojirushi 5.5 rice cooker with neuro fuzzy. My order was delivered faster than Amazon and I saved a lot more with Superco...yay!The Zojirushi rice cooker was delivered with an outer box to protect it with no dents or damage upon arrival.The item was new in the box and as described.I could not be happier with this purchase and the whole order,delivery process.I recommend this company emphatically!

GBGreat customer service These guys are super responsive. I recently bought a pricey rice cooker from them, only to discover the same item significantly cheaper on Amazon. I emailed them and within one business day, they had processed a refund on the price difference. I'll definitely consider them for appliances in the future.
