They're not just legit, they're great! Frankly I was initially a little bit worried about the company because of the name and the discount prices. However I did some research including looking them up on Trust Pilot and decided to give them a try The website said the item we were interested in was out of stock. I used the chat feature and found out they were expecting a shipment soon and that we could go ahead and order it to be on the backordered list. We went ahead and ordered the item and it actually shipped a day earlier than they said so it arrived early. I'm sure we'll be ordering from them again.

Not to mention, they had the best deal on the Zojirushi water boiler and free shipping. Why would you not go with them? Shipping took about a couple of days (but only because they were waiting for stock to come in), but from shipment to delivery was less than 5 business days to TX. Take a look at Superco, tbh I've never heard of them before this but I'm glad I took a chance on them.

authentic product with way better price I was a bit skeptical in the very beginning since I never heard about the website and also their price is surprisingly lower than the fair market price. It turned out that I worried too much. Authentic products, really nice customer service and super fast shipping! Love it. Now I know where to check for my next purchase, especially with home appliance!

Excellent experience Was a little apprehensive because there didn't seem to be a lot of reviews within the site itself and the price of the rice cooker was consistently lower than other places. The order was delivered well ahead of the holiday date and in excellent condition. Would have no issues ordering from them again.
