It came delivered to San Francisco in perfect condition. Good packaging that wasn't wasteful. Timely shipping. It was also a really good deal, the price was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Couldn't fault Superco and would order from them again.

Great customer service These guys are super responsive. I recently bought a pricey rice cooker from them, only to discover the same item significantly cheaper on Amazon. I emailed them and within one business day, they had processed a refund on the price difference. I'll definitely consider them for appliances in the future.
