Unfortunately, they are the only ones claiming to have steel clubs in stock right now. Showing 3 separate ads for your overpriced products during checkout is a really gross tactic and at best is annoying to the consumer. I have not received any shipping update on my purchase.

Awful Support I've been purchasing both supplements and courses from Onnit for years now. Recently I came to do a very simple task: Update my email address. After going through the process on their site I could no longer sign into my account. I email support numerous times for the past month and have received no response. I had a large amount of points I hadn't redeemed yet and I can no longer access the video courses I purchased. Saying I'm disappointed and frustrated would be an understatement.

Positives & Negatives Positives - My husband and I take the Total Human complete supplement packs. Have tried the coffee creamer, the focus shots and the new mood instant. Love the products. We sleep so much better at night, very alert during the day without the brain fog or the jitters. We are about 4 months into taking them. Negatives - (1) Joe's book, total disappointed this is a ebook not a hard back. (2) the point rewards program is bogus. You cannot use them on any sale items, which means even at the max 300 points $30 off you have to buy at full price to get the $30 off which ends up being the sale price anyway. Completely a useless program, it should be $30 any product like it states.

Been using Onnit Products for a while. Been using Onnit Products for a while. While the quantities of some products aren't significant, you still get what you pay for. It's obvious great attention to detail is put into the highest quality possible in every item. And I must say, I'm blown away by the customer service and speed at which I am put in contact with a representative. 5 stars A+ all day!

Alpha Brain... Underwhelming! I'm in the process of trying out different nootropics and was really excited to try out Alpha Brain after reading many great reviews. I ordered 60 capsules for a months course through UK supplier XBrain. I was totally underwhelmed and didn't notice any difference. I'm really disappointed because the cost of this is significantly more than its competitors. On a side note, I experienced very poor customer service from XBrain. I sent 3 emails and had no response. For anyone looking to try them out, I would recommend sourcing them from a different supplier.
