It's obvious great attention to detail is put into the highest quality possible in every item. And I must say, I'm blown away by the customer service and speed at which I am put in contact with a representative. 5 stars A+ all day!

The only "friction" experienced was… The only "friction" experienced was paying $6.99 for shipping from Austin, TX to Baton Rouge, LA, which took a week and a half... not best practice. Hopefully Onnit can work with their supply management team for better shipping rates...

Bottle arrived without a expiration… Bottle arrived without a expiration date. Where usual expiration date is listed is simply a manufacturer date. The product didn’t replicate much of what was expected from the marketing campaign online. I still ate two pills to test. Might have gotten sent an expired bottle. But once again how could I know? No date. I won’t be buying again.

Don’t purchase anything from them! Like others I’ve been waiting on my shipment and my other package hadn’t even shipped yet. I’ve been patient but I’m running on fumes here. Fedex told me that the order has an issue that sender needs to contact them... so basically it’s oversized and overweight and the company didn’t pay enough... how? Because I paid more than enough for shipping cost. I want my items asap or refund!
