They patiently tried to address the problem, and once it was apparent a replacement was needed, they promptly shipped it off. This all happened over 2 days. No BS, they fixed the problem. GBI highly recommend! Well, the gekko miner came as promised. But the customer support was incredible. I’m very new to mining and needed a lot of guidance. The Altair admin made sure my miner was working and spent as much time with me as needed to get it operating. I really appreciate companies that care about their customer’s experience and this is evident with Altair! I highly recommend!

GBAvrial was fantastic..
