Top Notch Customer Service Cody (our sales rep) is incredibly responsive. I don't think it's ever been more than 24 hours to get a response, and I usually hear from him within a couple hours of contacting him. He knows exactly what each of our locations prefers in terms of radios and headsets and always keeps me up to date on relevant promotions. If the rest of the staff at Two Way Radio is anywhere near as on point as Cody is, then I can't see how anyone could fail to have an outstanding experience with them.
