They take the time to find our how they can best help you, then make recommendations on what products will best fit your needs. I find their pricing to be highly competitive and see no reason why anyone would buy a Motorola radio from anyone but a certified dealer.

GBIt was easy for this old gal It was easy for this old gal. The dash cam camera I got was not exactly what I wanted. I really need someone to walk me through how to truly use it. Where I got it installed they didn't know much either. I am somewhat disappointed.

GBTop Notch Customer Service Cody (our sales rep) is incredibly responsive. I don't think it's ever been more than 24 hours to get a response, and I usually hear from him within a couple hours of contacting him. He knows exactly what each of our locations prefers in terms of radios and headsets and always keeps me up to date on relevant promotions. If the rest of the staff at Two Way Radio is anywhere near as on point as Cody is, then I can't see how anyone could fail to have an outstanding experience with them. Also, the turnaround time on orders is quick and efficient.
