Two years into my purchase I had a small hiccup and contacted the company. Alex (Co-Founder and chief Commercial Officer) went above and beyond with the most amazing customer service I have ever received. A fabulous product and a company with integrity who truly care about service and quality products. Having my AYO glasses is a priority for me.

GBI am now on my 3rd pair of glasses I am now on my 3rd pair of glasses from AYO. It's been a great experience in general (mostly just issues with the app) and the glasses really help when the days get shorter. Every time I have had to reach out to their support team I get a response within 24 hours and from someone who knows what they are talking about. I always get my issues resolved and quickly.

DEBest customer service Best customer service The service received from AYO was exceptional. I purchased my replacement AYO as after 8 years I managed to break the old mini usb loading plug and I had an upcoming trip. All effort (including extra shipping cost paid by AYO) was made to ensure I received my device with time to prepare and I received personalized tracking information making sured it arrived in time!
