Their delivery algorythm routed my order thought the UK for a deliver to Ireland so I ended up with a €70 bill for customs charges. Within five minutes of contacting them they apologised and paid the bill themselves and I received the order a couple of days later. It's too early to review the Ayo product as only using it a few days.

AYO quickly replaced my new pair of glasses when I had some issues. They are very responsive to my questions with how to use the app and the emails about sleep are very useful.
