First off AYO has amazing customer… First off AYO has amazing customer service. They really helped me get set up with my App. 2nd the product has really worked for me with normalizing my energy and sleep patterns especially with less sun during this winter hours.

BEST blue light glasses! There aren’t enough stars for me to rate the superb quality and benefits achieved from using the AYO+ glasses. These are I believe to be the BEST on the market and you won’t find better customer support than what is provided by the AYO team! They are second to none! The support and education they provide is invaluable and for Alex one of the co-founders to personally address my questions is beyond impressive. I learned about AYO when I saw a sleep medicine doctor put them on and state how excited she was to try them. I googled blue light/ circadian glasses and when I saw the AYO device I knew these were what she had on. I immediately researched them, their benefits the science behind them, read and watched video reviews on them and I knew I wanted to purchase from AYO and only AYO. The energy and uplifted mood I receive from after a session is unbelievable and that was with just 1 session. My sleep score has improved since using the device as noted by my sleep tracking ring. Good sleep is needed for good health. It is the foundation and with the use of AYO, my health is being enhanced. Thank you AYO team for being a blessing. I can’t recommend AYO+ glasses enough!!

Great Product and Excellent Customer Support This was my first time ordering something from abroad. I made a mistake in the process and as a result, the shipment got stuck in customs in a place where I could not receive it. At one point I thought it would be lost. But AYO support member Alex really engaged with the issue and helped negotiate with the shipping company to organize return shipment. AYO even covered the additional costs incurred. Then they sent me another unit and it is awesome! The glasses look super slick and the brightness is comfortable. I'm a big sleep science nerd and have wanted one of these for a long time, since I know the importance of getting bright light in your eyes in the morning for supporting the natural sleep-wake cycle. Been using it for a few days and already notice feeling more alert after waking up and more sleepy at night. Would recommend to anyone! It’s probably the best in its category currently!

Important part of my morning routine! Since I developed a winterdip I've searched remedies to get me through these wintermonths. Besides taking sufficient amounts of Vitamin D, and taking light therapies, the AYO is part of my morning routine. The moment I wake up and wash my face I put on the glasses and make myself a coffee and breakfast. When I'm done with my coffee and breakfast the glasses turn off by themselves and I'm ready for the day. It's a comfortable and easy to use product that is beneficial for a positive and good start of the day. Good support when you have questions too. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service I have delayed sleep phase syndrome and am using my glasses to move my schedule up with my sleep doctor’s advice. AYO quickly replaced my new pair of glasses when I had some issues. They are very responsive to my questions with how to use the app and the emails about sleep are very useful.
