Besides taking sufficient amounts of Vitamin D, and taking light therapies, the AYO is part of my morning routine. The moment I wake up and wash my face I put on the glasses and make myself a coffee and breakfast. When I'm done with my coffee and breakfast the glasses turn off by themselves and I'm ready for the day. It's a comfortable and easy to use product that is beneficial for a positive and good start of the day. Good support when you have questions too. Highly recommended!

BEST blue light glasses! There aren’t enough stars for me to rate the superb quality and benefits achieved from using the AYO+ glasses. These are I believe to be the BEST on the market and you won’t find better customer support than what is provided by the AYO team! They are second to none! The support and education they provide is invaluable and for Alex one of the co-founders to personally address my questions is beyond impressive. I learned about AYO when I saw a sleep medicine doctor put them on and state how excited she was to try them. I googled blue light/ circadian glasses and when I saw the AYO device I knew these were what she had on.
