IEExcellent customer service Very responsive and positive outcome from contacting customer service. Their delivery algorythm routed my order thought the UK for a deliver to Ireland so I ended up with a €70 bill for customs charges. Within five minutes of contacting them they apologised and paid the bill themselves and I received the order a couple of days later. It's too early to review the Ayo product as only using it a few days.

GBCustomer Service Redeems Reputation Sale went through after it had been… Sale went through after it had been cancelled a week prior, which was aggravating… However, reimbursement is forthcoming and customer service was quickly on it, so that raised a 1⭐️ rating to a 3⭐️⭐️⭐️

GBI am now on my 3rd pair of glasses I am now on my 3rd pair of glasses from AYO. It's been a great experience in general (mostly just issues with the app) and the glasses really help when the days get shorter. Every time I have had to reach out to their support team I get a response within 24 hours and from someone who knows what they are talking about. I always get my issues resolved and quickly.

GEGreat Product and Excellent Customer Support This was my first time ordering something from abroad. I made a mistake in the process and as a result, the shipment got stuck in customs in a place where I could not receive it. At one point I thought it would be lost. But AYO support member Alex really engaged with the issue and helped negotiate with the shipping company to organize return shipment. AYO even covered the additional costs incurred. Then they sent me another unit and it is awesome! The glasses look super slick and the brightness is comfortable. I'm a big sleep science nerd and have wanted one of these for a long time, since I know the importance of getting bright light in your eyes in the morning for supporting the natural sleep-wake cycle. Been using it for a few days and already notice feeling more alert after waking up and more sleepy at night. Would recommend to anyone! It’s probably the best in its category currently!

GBLove the V2 model! I was an early adopter of the original V1 model and loved it, but V2 is even better. The LEDs are brighter and now include a red only option at the end of each session for eye health. The move to USBC for charging was greatly needed. Love the new app as well. No messing around with connecting, it just works!
