Impressed with TobenOne Using the dock with my MacBook pro with an LG 49” monitor and it is working great. I did have a technical problem about a month after using the dock and I had to reach out to the manufacturer. Tech support was very responsive and helpful. After troubleshooting, they sent me a new dock. I am very happy with the product, it is compact, quiet and not only gives my MacBook the needed usb ports but also the wired network.

Customer Service thats Above and Beyond! Judy has been the best support I have received online for the longest time. She was understanding and patient with my needs. I hope other persons and support companies with the above and beyond customer service Judy provided. She was thorough with the troubleshooting process and provided direct information to allow me to assist in the most efficient matter. I would rate my experience higher if I was able to. Kudos!

Great customer service! Great customer service! I had a missing cable in the box (not at fault of the company) and couldn't figure out how to make everything work. The docking station arrived with no… The docking station arrived with no damage to the packaging; However, once we plugged it in we found that it is defective. The specific problem is that the ethernet port will not connect to our wired network and there is a loose part that rattles when we gently shake it. The other features on the device seem to be working fine.
