The docking station arrived with no… The docking station arrived with no damage to the packaging; However, once we plugged it in we found that it is defective. The specific problem is that the ethernet port will not connect to our wired network and there is a loose part that rattles when we gently shake it. The other features on the device seem to be working fine.
