Good product Good product, swift service, very fast delivery of goods.

Easy to find the correct battery for my laptop I found it very difficult searching the web for the correct battery for my laptop until I found the BattDepot site. Putting my laptop model number into so many of the other sites resulted in them showing completely the wrong battery! However, the BattDepot site allowed me to not ony enter the model number but also the version number to get the right battery, with clear pictures of it so that I could be sure that it was the same shape as the original battery. I placed the order and the battery arrived very quickly. I can't say how reliable is the battery yet. I'll come back next year to tell you if it's still working.

Every employee procrastinates for urgent return Acceptable service. I ordered a replacement battery for my large MacBook Pro which ended up being too small for it. I returned the battery as normal by shipping it to its return address, but never got contacted for a refund until a month later which is kind of annoying. Buyer beware.

Now my laptop works properly! My laptop was gettng to the stage it only worked reliably if plugged in, went to the Battdepot website, easily found the right battery and it was delivered in a few days. It works great - like having a new laptop but cost less than £40.

Excellent Battery and Fast Service The battery works really well. There is no problem with Lenovo software attempt to block non Lenovo batteries. Battery life is great. Delivery was fast, showing that product was held in stocks, not sourced after order.
