After I was done with the videos and quiz, the process of getting the certificate of completion required another phone call to customer service. Customer Serv was great and handled the issues but it was frustrating to have to make those calls…

GBCompany doesn't provide product support! I bought a Sporty's SP400 handheld radio for my airplane in 2019. Yesterday, I attempted to buy an adapter cable to run the radio from my plane's12V electrical system. I couldn't find one on the Sporty's website. So I called them and was told that they no longer sell the adapter cable and that no replacement is available. This is horrible! The company should continue to provide support for its products. They still sell the PP400. However, they don't provide support for it. I will never buy anything from Sporty's again!!!!

GBNo option to cancel subscriptions No option to cancel subscriptions. You are supposed to email them and ask them to cancel it for you. Which I did, I received a response from their "support" telling me they canceled my subscription along with a paragraph talking about how they don't let you cancel yourself because security or whatever. Still getting charged.
