GBWhen I ordered my SP-400 NAV/com radio When I ordered my SP-400 NAV/com radio, I forgot to order the headset adapter. I called the Sportys warehouse in Ohio and spoke with a representative there to see if I could add the adapter to the shipment. She was more than helpful and assured me she would personally take care of that since it had only been a few minutes since I had placed my order. I forgot her name, but she was awesome!! Thanks again Sportys for providing general aviation with the great products at reasonable prices that you’ve been doing for years. I’ve always had really good experiences with Sportys! GBNo option for giftcard payment I attempted to make a purchase with a gift card I have, but there was no option for payment method given in the checkout window other than credit card. I even searched your own website for how to use the gift card, and your site said to select "gift card" as the payment method in the checkout window.

GBRecent headset order I had specific questions about my Headset order. Katie was able to stop shipment on a pair of headsets and I ordered a different brand that was more specifically for my child’s needs. Fantastic customer service all around.

GBFast delivery, quality product The company delivered our order days before promised. Unlike most, the website was easy to use. The products appear to be high quality, be made of high quality materials. My son loves the design. The products were a hit and we expect to be repeat customers based on what we've seen so far.

GBNo option to cancel subscriptions No option to cancel subscriptions. You are supposed to email them and ask them to cancel it for you. Which I did, I received a response from their "support" telling me they canceled my subscription along with a paragraph talking about how they don't let you cancel yourself because security or whatever. Still getting charged.
