The costumer service is also amazing, I mistakenly input the wrong card number and was promptly called the next day. The situation was immediately corrected and the item shipped.

Sporty's FIRC is excellent! Sporty's FIRC is excellent! I learned a lot about what's new that I didn't know. Also, the overall process is easy. Read the material, review the end of chapter questions a couple times before the test, take the test, fill out IACRA, submit pics of CFI and DL. Temporary certificate is e-mailed in a day or two.

I looked at other online stores for the… I looked at other online stores for the CH Products Fighter Stick and they were either to expensive or there was no communications. I even canceled a order because of the lack of communications. The item was a better price here and fast Thank you and everyone there be safe

When I ordered my SP-400 NAV/com radio When I ordered my SP-400 NAV/com radio, I forgot to order the headset adapter. I called the Sportys warehouse in Ohio and spoke with a representative there to see if I could add the adapter to the shipment. She was more than helpful and assured me she would personally take care of that since it had only been a few minutes since I had placed my order. I forgot her name, but she was awesome!! Thanks again Sportys for providing general aviation with the great products at reasonable prices that you’ve been doing for years. I’ve always had really good experiences with Sportys! Company doesn't provide product support! I bought a Sporty's SP400 handheld radio for my airplane in 2019. Yesterday, I attempted to buy an adapter cable to run the radio from my plane's12V electrical system. I couldn't find one on the Sporty's website. So I called them and was told that they no longer sell the adapter cable and that no replacement is available. This is horrible! The company should continue to provide support for its products. They still sell the PP400. However, they don't provide support for it. I will never buy anything from Sporty's again!!!!
