Keeping my Venta in great shape… I needed cleaner and lubrication liquid and it was easy to order on the site. I even received a discount. I have previously ordered from a big box store and they took longer to deliver and they did not discount the product.

Good service Hi, I appreciate the prompt response and my previous problem has been resolved. However, I wonder if it's normal the machine keeps the humidity around 30 degree mostly but my goal is 50 while I set the AUTO model in a 250 sqft bedroom.

Long time user of VENTA Humidifiers! I have purchased eight VENTA humidifiers over many decades. They are quiet, effective, and provide the correct level of humidity for our home. LW 25 has improved over the years with a simpler mode selection. I have just bought a LW15 for a smaller room.
