Just as promised! My cord started getting hot and just stopped working so I contacted customer service. They were prompt and courteous with their response to my concern. They live up their promise of replacing your charging cord should it stop working. They are sending me a new cord; I couldn't be more pleased as I love how fast it charges!

Just received my Heathrow carry on… Just received my Heathrow carry on suitcase and I have to say it is everything you said it would be. Looking forward to trying it out on a trip. MAGFAST goes the extra mile in customer service!! I was having a problem with registering my Heathrow luggage (which I adore, by the way). I was so very frustrated because I was so excited after opening it up and seeing the lovely surprise inside!! MAGFAST does go the extra mile when servicing their products.
