Great Products but company still just getting going. The products I have been purchasing have been outstanding. Each one is of obvious premium quality, construction, materials and performance. My reason for not 5 Stars, is that orders received over time have neither been timely nor completely accurate. I have had long waits for orders, compared to charges made to me. Customer Service does not respond quickly.

Missing Some of the Order What I ordered, and paid for, never arrived. I did an add-on order to my pre-order. I received only part of my pre-order and none of the add-on. I've not pursued action because you said you were working on this. So I'm still waiting. I like what I've received so far and would like to enjoy the rest.

I have been associated with Seymour… I have been associated with Seymour Segnit before he even started with Magfast. Magfast replaced the product that he originally started and I knows that when Magfast came along, I could trust the company. I am not big into” investing my money” but I knew his reputation and if it’s a product that I know I would want I felt comfortable doing it. If you believe in this product, you will never be sorry. Thank you Magfast.

I received my Heathrow Pro and am… I received my Heathrow Pro and am loving it. Told my husband we need to plan a trip just to use it. The packaging was very nice and kept the luggage from being damaged during shipment. I was very pleased with the look and feel of the luggage. Then I opened it up I was very happy with the interior, I was very happy the receive the blanket, travel bag, journal, and travel stickers. Was a nice touch to my order. I have enjoyed all the products I have received from Magfast. We use our charging cord and power blocks regularly.

Exceptional chargers and charging cables. I have been “on board” with Magfast since its initial crowdfunding. I have been impressed with their transparency and communications throughout the development process. And now I am enjoying these amazing chargers and Lux cables. Product designs and performance are everything they said they would be. I received my first Extreme Life Kit in August 2023 and have enjoyed the chargers at home and during overseas trips. There is nothing on the market that can compete with Magfast. I have placed additional orders as well as preorders at the beginning of development.
