I had ordered a small wireless foldable… I had ordered a small wireless foldable fan off of Amazon. Within a few weeks the fan broke. I contacted primevolve customer support. They responded very quickly. I was emailing with Nora Chau. She responded back fast and was pleasant to communicate with. I had send some proof such as photos that fan broken. I was given a refund of 40% or have a new fan shipped. I chose the the new fan. I didn't have to return the old one. Was notified when the fan had been sent out. Overall this was one of my better experiences dealing with a company. Plus the I love the fan, great for my apartment.
