Best bet The customer service was excellent. Deven took the time to explain changes we had to make to my original agreement due to some Knicks and dings on the side of my phone. However that was only 30 dollars less than the agreed amount, which I was content with. I also had banking and Venmo issues, he was super patient and helpful with my circumstances through to the end. Lastly he answered some questions I had about problems with past phones on the phone with me but finished it up with a post conversation email advising me further. Folks, if you need your phone serviced, tired of your old phone and want to sell it and/or get a new one, make these guys your choice. 100 percent satisfied with this company. Don't trust this company! Sent them a phone in perfect working condition which they originally quoted a price of $110. About a month late I received a check for $10. After communication with them they stated there was a black dot on screen and it would have to be replaced. They also stated they communicated this to me via email prior to sending check. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with this company!

My phone was broken My phone screen was cracked and half of the screen you couldn't see anything even though the touch screen still worked. I thought I would only be able to junk the phone. Other places offered me $10-15 for the phone. I got $72 for my phone here. The process was very easy. I requested packing materials which came a few days later, sent my phone in, and then about 1-2 weeks later I had money in my venmo account.

This company is really great! I want to say that this company is really great! I both bought and sold with them and both experiences were easy and pretty quick. Buying was very simple and the prices are really fair. I bought an excellent condition ipad mini and it's literally perfect yet it was $384 I believe. I love my new ipad mini so much and I definitely recommend buying from them, especially the excellent condition option. Selling was also easy. I sold an iPad 10th gen for $260 I believe as well as an apple pencil 1st gen for $11. Getting paid takes a little longer than expected (of course, they received the ipad near a weekend so that held things up), but I still think it's fair and I would recommend selling too. Customer service is kind and helpful. On FB messenger they did take some time to reply although they read the message but when they DID reply they were knowledgable and helpful. I give this site 5/5 altogether!

Lack of Communication Got the first payment but did not get the 2nd after a revised offer. Im very disappointed in this company. No response to multiple emails. I will not use this company again. It might just be 38 bucks but it’s the principle of it. I sold them two phones. They revised the offer from 60 to 38 stating the phone had damage. Phone was in good condition when sent. I insured the package before sending it. They claimed deep scratches in the screen. Sent pictures of it and revised the offer. When I asked questions about it, I got no answer. Two days later and still no response. They owe me 38 bucks or need to return the phone.
