GBLack of Communication Got the first payment but did not get the 2nd after a revised offer. Im very disappointed in this company. No response to multiple emails. I will not use this company again. It might just be 38 bucks but it’s the principle of it. I sold them two phones. They revised the offer from 60 to 38 stating the phone had damage. Phone was in good condition when sent. I insured the package before sending it. They claimed deep scratches in the screen. Sent pictures of it and revised the offer. When I asked questions about it, I got no answer. Two days later and still no response. They owe me 38 bucks or need to return the phone.

GBI have sold several smartphones on SmartphonesPLUS I have sold several smartphones on Smartphoneplus because they usually have the best prices. It's easy to print out a shipping label and package my device and drop it off at the Post Office. Payment is made promptly.

GBGreat Service!! This is a really great service. Communication is great. Very friendly and helpful. Also, payment for what you’re selling is very fast. Depending on what time your item is delivered to them, the payment can be the same day or else definitely the next day. I’m so glad I chose to go with SmartphonesPLUS. I’d definitely use them again.

GBDon't trust this company! Sent them a phone in perfect working condition which they originally quoted a price of $110. About a month late I received a check for $10. After communication with them they stated there was a black dot on screen and it would have to be replaced. They also stated they communicated this to me via email prior to sending check. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with this company!
