Highly recommend! I love this easy to use website. And it was easy to print the return label. Upgraded my phone and sent old one to them. Then $$ appeared in my PayPal account. Magic! Good communication emails. I highly recommend this company.

Don't trust this company! Sent them a phone in perfect working condition which they originally quoted a price of $110. About a month late I received a check for $10. After communication with them they stated there was a black dot on screen and it would have to be replaced. They also stated they communicated this to me via email prior to sending check. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with this company!

Best bet The customer service was excellent. Deven took the time to explain changes we had to make to my original agreement due to some Knicks and dings on the side of my phone. However that was only 30 dollars less than the agreed amount, which I was content with. I also had banking and Venmo issues, he was super patient and helpful with my circumstances through to the end. Lastly he answered some questions I had about problems with past phones on the phone with me but finished it up with a post conversation email advising me further. Folks, if you need your phone serviced, tired of your old phone and want to sell it and/or get a new one, make these guys your choice. 100 percent satisfied with this company.
