I had an issue after receiving my items and let’s just say they did an excellent job in helping me with resolving my issue and I will definitely be returning for more products! Low quality sound, expensive shipping I purchased the new "3-pod" speaker, which came with a free robot charger. Products look absolutely awesome and the idea is great. However, given low quality of sound itself this is a disappointing purchase for this price. One should not need 2 speakers for "spatial feel", and there is basically no bass at all. Shipping cost me almost 25 pounds as well, so there is that on top. Would not recommend.

Ordered Again Big mistake Order again - my mistake - an item on pre-order. They invited my son to a discord forum and he received abuse from these guys for no reason. Then on top they cancelled my preorder after I asked a question. Muppets unbelievable. Stay away from these clowns.

Durability is a HUGE issue! Really not impressed with the earphones I've bought. I purchased the Sirius P5s and the connectivity of these things is embarrassing. I can't go anything over 2 songs without them cutting out and going fuzzy; the volume is also a huge problem, with one earphone always being slightly quieter than the other. For the love of god, just go for another brand of earphones that are more durable than these. It'll save you the frustration, trust me.

Excellent product Gravastar is excellent with communication, the product looks, feels and performs on a premium level. My only gripe is the logistics area needs to be improved upon, it took exactly 3 weeks to (finally) get the product to me, when I know orders from overseas can easily be delivered here within 7 working days.
