I received the sirius pro Earbuds last… I received the sirius pro Earbuds last year as a gift and immediately fell in love with the build quality of them and the unique look. Since then they have been my daily pair of Buds, I recently noticed one of the Dust Filters came off and contacted support. They were very quick to respond and are going to send me a replacement Filter free of charge with my new order. I fell in love with the sirius Pro, but with their quick and helpful support, they now have a loyal customer, and I really can't wait to get the new M1 Mouse I pre-ordered.

Excellent product Gravastar is excellent with communication, the product looks, feels and performs on a premium level. My only gripe is the logistics area needs to be improved upon, it took exactly 3 weeks to (finally) get the product to me, when I know orders from overseas can easily be delivered here within 7 working days.

Great communication Great communication, was updated step by step the progress of my order. The item itself was really, really cool. Whoever designed and built these earbuds really outdid themselves. I am very knowledgeable in electronics and I was really impressed.

Low quality sound, expensive shipping I purchased the new "3-pod" speaker, which came with a free robot charger. Products look absolutely awesome and the idea is great. However, given low quality of sound itself this is a disappointing purchase for this price. One should not need 2 speakers for "spatial feel", and there is basically no bass at all. Shipping cost me almost 25 pounds as well, so there is that on top. Would not recommend.

I had an issue after receiving my items and let’s just say they did an excellent job in helping me with resolving my issue and I will definitely be returning for more products!
