It was awesome they were very kind helpful and helped me track my package with ease. GBI received the sirius pro Earbuds last… I received the sirius pro Earbuds last year as a gift and immediately fell in love with the build quality of them and the unique look. Since then they have been my daily pair of Buds, I recently noticed one of the Dust Filters came off and contacted support. They were very quick to respond and are going to send me a replacement Filter free of charge with my new order. I fell in love with the sirius Pro, but with their quick and helpful support, they now have a loyal customer, and I really can't wait to get the new M1 Mouse I pre-ordered.

GBOrdered Again Big mistake Order again - my mistake - an item on pre-order. They invited my son to a discord forum and he received abuse from these guys for no reason. Then on top they cancelled my preorder after I asked a question. Muppets unbelievable. Stay away from these clowns.
