GBA fan of Gravastar Just got my M1 battle worn mouse and 4K dongle plus the mouse pad and I have to say it did take a while to get it but there is an old saying ( Good thangs come to those who wait ) l realize sometimes we humans can get a little impatient when something amazing and will thought out and beautifully handcrafted comes along and we the people jump on said handcrafted item such as the M1 battle worn gaming mouse . The overall products and pain staking craftsmanship that goes into these gadgets is what makes Gravastar unique. I know I can only speak for myself I haven’t been disappointed with the Bluetooth speaker the ear buds and now this gaming mouse. I guest in a roundabout way I do want to apologize for being a little impatient with getting my gaming mouse. With that said I know I will enjoy the products that I purchase from Gravastar they will serve me for a long time . Again I appreciate what you guys do for us your customers.

GBOrdered Again Big mistake Order again - my mistake - an item on pre-order. They invited my son to a discord forum and he received abuse from these guys for no reason. Then on top they cancelled my preorder after I asked a question. Muppets unbelievable. Stay away from these clowns.

DKI ordered a mouse on March 29th I ordered a mouse on March 29th. In connection with my order, I entered the wrong email. I contacted Gravastar the same day. Today is March 13th. I haven't heard anything from them and still haven't received my mouse. I have contacted them via email and their Instagram, but still no response. Overall, extremely poor service, and I would not recommend anyone to shop with them. Terrible company, and most likely a terrible mouse that I really regret buying. The joy of purchasing is no longer there. Terrible company.

GBI received the sirius pro Earbuds last… I received the sirius pro Earbuds last year as a gift and immediately fell in love with the build quality of them and the unique look. Since then they have been my daily pair of Buds, I recently noticed one of the Dust Filters came off and contacted support. They were very quick to respond and are going to send me a replacement Filter free of charge with my new order. I fell in love with the sirius Pro, but with their quick and helpful support, they now have a loyal customer, and I really can't wait to get the new M1 Mouse I pre-ordered.

GBThis Company Is Awesome So my first package went missing at no fault of the company but despite this they offered me a replacement which is awesome of them. Amazing customer service and amazing product. The item is very high quality and looks awesome, I'm very likely to buy from these guys again.
