DKI ordered a mouse on March 29th I ordered a mouse on March 29th. In connection with my order, I entered the wrong email. I contacted Gravastar the same day. Today is March 13th. I haven't heard anything from them and still haven't received my mouse. I have contacted them via email and their Instagram, but still no response. Overall, extremely poor service, and I would not recommend anyone to shop with them. Terrible company, and most likely a terrible mouse that I really regret buying. The joy of purchasing is no longer there. Terrible company.

GBI received the sirius pro Earbuds last… I received the sirius pro Earbuds last year as a gift and immediately fell in love with the build quality of them and the unique look. Since then they have been my daily pair of Buds, I recently noticed one of the Dust Filters came off and contacted support. They were very quick to respond and are going to send me a replacement Filter free of charge with my new order. I fell in love with the sirius Pro, but with their quick and helpful support, they now have a loyal customer, and I really can't wait to get the new M1 Mouse I pre-ordered.

FRGreat product, great service I waited for more than 2 weeks before writing to test the Mercury M1 Pro to the fullest, and my satisfaction is at its peak. The precision is superb, and the design is incredibly original. It has excellent autonomy and recharges very quickly. However, be aware that the photos of the mouse may make it appear whiter than it actually is, but it still remains very beautiful. Also, it is possible that it may not fit every hand size; if you have large hands like a lumberjack, the mouse may seem too small, but if you have small or medium-sized hands, it will be perfect or won't take long to get used to. The efficiency of the customer service is like Italy to cuisine, truly high quality. They are quick to respond and very caring. I highly recommend their products!

GBOrdered Again Big mistake Order again - my mistake - an item on pre-order. They invited my son to a discord forum and he received abuse from these guys for no reason. Then on top they cancelled my preorder after I asked a question. Muppets unbelievable. Stay away from these clowns.

GBThe best products ever, with great support! I had the ability to speak with someone on gravastars team about concerns I had and they reached out within 20 minutes I mean fast. It was awesome they were very kind helpful and helped me track my package with ease. Plus I love my speaker it loud awesome and gets lots of compliments and my little delta 35 charger is so cute and charges everything quickly and doesn't make my phone or my gravastar ear buds hot and feel like it's on fire. :) forever a gravastar customer <3
