GBOld product (clearly long on shelf) marketed as “new” I bought the MOPHIE power station (new) as a birthday gift for my brother and upon receipt I found that the product packaging (not the shipment packaging) was in poor condition (torn, faded, wrinkled). I did not open up the package as it is a gift, but I hope the product itself is in good condition.

GBShipment is horrible Shipment is horrible. From 11/22/2023 to Dec 1st, 2023. This happened twice. It takes 8 days for shipment from Texas to North Carolina. There has to be a better way of easing the frustration of the consumer. The items purchased are in great condition & the price is very reasonable but the hassle of shipment takes the joy of expecting your new gadgets OUT. I still recommend A4C, because my dilemma may not be your dilemma.

GBI bought a refurbished charger I bought a refurbished charger. Came in looking new, but presented poor performance and upon closer inspection the ports were corroded and wasn’t acceptable. A4C responded quickly and issued a return form (prepaid) and gave a full refund. Very good customer service. I will definitely use them in the future.

GBGood speaker I have a strong affinity for this product. When it comes to the sound quality, opinions may vary from person to person, but personally, I primarily utilize this speaker for music listening or connecting it to a TV, and I experience no discomfort whatsoever. I endorse this speaker and recommend it.

GBTerrible experience thus far... The item hasn't even arrived yet but i mistakenly purchased a "used" google nest hub max as a Christmas gift. I attempted to cancel the order before the item was shipped and Customer Service politely informed me that I could not cancel because a "shipping label" had been generated They're wasting my time. Shipping it anyways and then I have to request the refund and pay to return the item. The customer service is either a bot or they're required to send scripted responses
