Terrible experience thus far... The item hasn't even arrived yet but i mistakenly purchased a "used" google nest hub max as a Christmas gift. I attempted to cancel the order before the item was shipped and Customer Service politely informed me that I could not cancel because a "shipping label" had been generated They're wasting my time. Shipping it anyways and then I have to request the refund and pay to return the item. The customer service is either a bot or they're required to send scripted responses

Return policy Ordered two charging pads. They are unable to charge the phone due to thickness of the case. Return policy suggests that shipping is only covered on returns that are defective, and I'm guessing I'd have to pay those fees since it's an incompatibility with my device.
