GBBox stopped working Box stopped working. Very expensive Plant died. Although the company shipped the malfunctioning part, there was no urgency with shipping. Took over 10 days. Company was aware of the issue and never reached out. Allowed me to waste hours troubleshooting for 2 and a half weeks before realizing it was malfunctioning due to leap year. Refused to offer compensation when requested. I was willing to accept accessory packs as a way to make it right. I thought they would have complied considering it cost me a $4,000 harvest. I grow for legal medicinal purposes, not recreation. It is effecting my health and pocket book. If hey abby reaches out and makes it right, I will update my review. Until then I am sharing my story in ambassador comments, social media, and anywhere else I can. ***Update-Took 3 hrs to replace the motherboard due to my neuropathy. Inside cabinet cheap plastic pieces that hold screws were broken off. Now the unit is blinking red. Won't drain. Had to manually remove water. I did reach out hey abby. You still have not helped. I requested you pick up the unit and replace it. It's obviously a malfunctioning unit.***

GBComplete scam and a fire hazard Heyabby is a complete scam the units do not work and to top it off they’re a huge fire hazard. They have no safety shut offs and they overheat very badly, all fans will shut off and lights will come in at random times. I found out first hand they have no support and the subscription service is fake. My unit has never worked and they will try to convince you that they can see it’s working fine from their end which is a blatant lie. They offered after almost burning my house down to fix the unit after weeks they finally sent out a fake tracking number and said the part was delivered. I have a front door camera for starters so I can see no one showed at my house to deliver anything on the day in question. The order did not have my address and the contact number for the supposed delivery company while have a spot for it was missing. This company is a fraud the positive reviews you see are most likely all paid. People should start contacting the attorney generals office on this company as they already have multiple complaints stop letting these companies get away with selling dangerous fake products.

GBNot worth the money .I have 2 boxes… Not worth the money .I have 2 boxes constant problems with them both. One motherboard had to be replaced because the leap year threw it into a death spin. After I had to take the machine apart and replace the motherboard ..(hopefully if anybody has to do this you have tools and are able to perform this task because they sure as heck won't be helping )it continued to blink red ..I tried calling the support line for a few days staying on hold for up to an hour with no luck.they will only respond online and up to a day wait so real time answers are not available..the big could be so much better but they fail to deliver ..limited grow space ,no smell control so don't think that it has that if you order . No temp control ,no humidity control . The app has constant issues . Your best bet is to buy a grow tent and a charcoal filter ..your growing life will be so much easier . Hey abby is an expensive box with a light inside of it .

GBThey provide excellent support They provide very good support, with the subscription. My first plant got off to a rocky start, but they kept up with my questions, examined my pictures and provided timely and helpful advice.
