GBAftercare? What is it? The camera I bought stopped working due sudden death of the battery, after 13mth of the installation. A little bit disappointed as it isn't advertised as "disposabe". But the customer service made it clear that's not their business after the warranty period. Expecting some goodwill maybe was naive. But expecting some spare parts or other paid soulution wasn't unrealistic I guess. But it seems their customer care ends at the day of purchase :(

GBNone tech purchaser Purchased a Eufy Cam, the photo cell just about maintains the cam, while I struggled with the set up being a older none tech person. Aimee in customer support was first class. Stayed with me and put a lot of effort Into helping me. The Camera is good Quality the led light very clever, Report on battery's status clear and great. Pic Quality good and Alerts some times patchy but I think it may be my Android Samsung phone. I do think a tutorial would be good for the older none tech user. But all in all pleased with the unit and help I received first class, hence 5 star.

GBEasy Set Up Despatch was delayed due to the goods being in 2 different locations. Customer service expedited things for me and the items arrived quickly and separately. I ordered a base unit, door bell and 360 degree camera. Full installation took me about 90 minutes and did not require any special tools. I have since added an additional 360 degree camera without any issues. Great product with super clear pictures.

GBDefective S330 eufyCams I purchased several S330 eufyCams in October 2022. These have a solar panel built in and are designed to be used outdoors. The connect to the Eufy hub via WiFi. The theory is the sun charges the unit so you never have to. Fast forward 18 months and the solar panel has stopped working (the camera itself still functions). To be clear, I live in England - the unit was not subject to harsh conditions, chemicals or anything that would cause premature failure. Eufy support have refused to replace the defective unit citing expired warranty period. In other words, Eufy think a lifespan of 18 months is acceptable for a £450 security camera. -- UPDATE Eufy customer support have reversed their decision and have now agreed to replace the defective camera. Not clear if this was in response to my email to their UK General Manager. Unfortunate initial response, but I guess all's well that ends well.
