GBAftercare? What is it? The camera I bought stopped working due sudden death of the battery, after 13mth of the installation. A little bit disappointed as it isn't advertised as "disposabe". But the customer service made it clear that's not their business after the warranty period. Expecting some goodwill maybe was naive. But expecting some spare parts or other paid soulution wasn't unrealistic I guess. But it seems their customer care ends at the day of purchase :(

GBOverall I am happy with the cameras Overall I am happy with the cameras but there are a couple of points that could be improved. On the positive side they are easy to install and set up and work perfectly with my wi-fi and chosen location even though they don't get direct sunlight for more than a few hours. The plastic mounting brackets are difficult to tighten as the smooth plastic doesn't grip well. The frame rate of the camera is set at 15 fps and I would like to have the option to manually set a higher rate and record in 4K if the connection allows. I would also like to be able to only receive notifications if the face is not recognised.

GBBeware of where you buy…… and who from Two problems experienced at the same time, eufy indoor camera malfunction and battery doorbell camera defect, both well within warranty. Eventually….. camera replaced once eufy realised it was purchased from them via eBay. However, doorbell purchased through third party supplier, again on eBay. I have been dealing with eufy over this since 1st March, lost count of emails and got nowhere apart from being offered VIP 25% discount to repurchase. However, eufy discounts available all the time so no big deal. Concept of no subscription good, kit looks good, easy to use when it works. However, like others, find devices are unreliable, warranty not fulfilled without clauses and customer services is shambolic. Buyer beware !

GBOverall Wi-Fi Eufy Cam 3 system with 4G… Overall Wi-Fi Eufy Cam 3 system with 4G camera's works well. Where the company fails miserably is when the camera goes bad and does not work. I had the system for 14 months. Camera went bad, their guarantee is for 1yr. Once a camera goes bad you have to purchase a new one for $179, after paying $476 for control and 2 cameras. Depending on how long the second camera lasts will determine if the Wi-Fi system is worth the purchase. If I had to start over again it would have paid to wire the systems given that the camera batteries do not last long. Eufy also does not fix camera and replacements are full costs. One would think a customer discount would be in order.

GBDisappointing Battery Life I have had the Eufy E40 outdoor camera for 17 months. In terms of performance and battery life it has been really good until a couple of weeks back when the battery started losing 50% of power within 2 days of being fully charged. These batteries are non replaceable and the warranty is 12 months, so nothing to be done other than buy a replacement. I am disappointed that this product, like so many nowadays, almost seems to have a built in obsolescence. I think I will look elsewhere for a replacement, hopefully with a longer warranty.
