GBBeware of where you buy…… and who from Two problems experienced at the same time, eufy indoor camera malfunction and battery doorbell camera defect, both well within warranty. Eventually….. camera replaced once eufy realised it was purchased from them via eBay. However, doorbell purchased through third party supplier, again on eBay. I have been dealing with eufy over this since 1st March, lost count of emails and got nowhere apart from being offered VIP 25% discount to repurchase. However, eufy discounts available all the time so no big deal. Concept of no subscription good, kit looks good, easy to use when it works. However, like others, find devices are unreliable, warranty not fulfilled without clauses and customer services is shambolic. Buyer beware !

GBGood Company, Great Camera kit Easy on line purchase with fast delivery. The Camera kit arrived quickly and well packaged. Downloading the Eufy and app connecting to the WiFi was. Installation of the cameras were straightforward. Been installed for a couple of Months and working well Picture resolution is clear. App gives good choice of settings. I like how you can use wi-fi for the base station allowing you to place it between both cameras allowing for better wi-fi signal between the cameras and only picking up humans during daytime.

ESGreat value and great camera With a £40 discount the price was too good to miss. Camera arrived quickly and well packaged. Downloading the Eufy and app connecting to the WiFi was simplicity itself. Installation of the camera and sloar panel was very straightforward. Been installed for a couple of weeks and working faultlessly. Picture resolution is clear and precise. Controls give good flexibility in the area covered. Will buy again.

GBExcellent doorbell & chime system The product (doorbell + chime) is excellent --- once set up ! Unfortunately the instructions failed to say that the chime device needed to be added before the doorbell was added to the system. One of it's biggest selling points is not to have an annual subscription (as per Ring) to view recorded data. All data is stored on an SD card fitted in the chime. Ring stores its data remotely and you pay a subscription fee in order to view the video records.
