Good drop protection, other features need some help. There were no instructions for how to apply the screen protector. The QR Code wasn't valid. The protector doesn't fit 100% either, so it's a good thing I haven't ever felt the need for one the last 6 years. The case could use more texture because the polished rubber can actually be fairly slick to hold, but seems like a drop would be protected well. Holster feels solid. Kickstand is weak, the pins unlatch very easily and then can fall out.

Order was canceled with no reasoning. I placed my order, got the confirmation very quickly and then got an email saying it had been shipped(label created) a couple hours later. A couple hours after that I got an email saying my order had been successfully refunded. I guess this counted as the cancelation alert but there was no reason for cancelation and I felt it was odd to notify me about the cancelation by just saying it had been refunded.

I LOVE ❤️ my Ghostek Nautical case I LOVE ❤️ my Ghostek Nautical case, but I wasn’t expecting the big symbol which I now feel the need to cover and it was frustrating that there were no instructions on the OUTSIDE of the closed case on how to OPEN it.

Great build quality and experience I started using Ghostek cases with the Samsung S10 series and I was so happy with them that I decided to stick with the brand. Now I got 2 Nautical Slim cases for my S23 Ultra and S23 and a Covert case for S23. All cases have a good build quality, fit perfectly and offer a good grip.I had no issues hearing or being heard while using the Nautical Slim. I am very happy with the products and I guess I ll be coming back to Ghostek when I ll change my phones again.
