USI have tried and tried to sell my… I have tried and tried to sell my tablets and phones. Your machine will not accept my alabama drivers license and there is nothing wrong with my license. It's valid in good condition. I don't know if it is because it has that new star on it but I can't sell my devices due to this issue

USDon't forget to reset your phone beforehand!!! Overall a good experience. I also locked in my price the day before and good thing I did bc they were offering me a much lower price a couple of days later. So don't forget to do that just in case. Also don't forget to reset your phone.

USDon't choose cash! At the end of my transaction I chose the cash option. It only dispensed half the money. I asked a store employee for assistance and they said their store had no affiliation with Eco ATM and couldn't help. I called the number on the machine and asked to just Venmo me the remaining money owed. I was denied that and was told a paper check would be mailed. I have yet to receive the check and do not have my old phone. Very disappointed and feel like I was scammed in broad daylight. No help, no back up, no phone, no $.
