The main issue I had was that I could… The main issue I had was that I could have gotten more for the phone but the cord and the AT was broken and it would not read the phone and see that it was powered on so I had to settle for $70 less than what I could have had. The other minute everything was easy and I was pleased

Tried EcoATM and it was terrible… Tried EcoATM and it was a terrible experience. We went to 4 different kiosks in our city and none of them were working properly. They were either out-of-order or didn't have the right cable to connect or cables were broken. Called customer service and they said they'd send a report. Had to go elsewhere to sell my device and I got a better price.

Tutorial was excellent Tutorial was excellent. Easy to go through the process. I have shared the experience with several people already. Awesome system.

Everything was made easy Everything was made easy. The only reason it wasn't five stars is because I do feel a phone like the one I turned in should've been worth just a little more. But the experience was definitely made for anyone to be able to follow

It’s never easy selling a piece of… It’s never easy selling a piece of technology but eco atm makes me feel appreciated and I’m in good hands. It made way easier for sure!!! Good money too
