Awesome experience Awesome experience. The process was relatively quick and simple. I got to the ecoATM, unlocked my old phone, followed the instructions, and got the option to withdraw the phone's value in cash (PayPal was also an option). The value for the damaged phone was much higher than I anticipated (and yes, I was honest about it's condition). All in all, I definitely recommend ecoATM for anyone who has a used or damaged phone (I imagine the more functional, the better).

Tried EcoATM and it was terrible… Tried EcoATM and it was a terrible experience. We went to 4 different kiosks in our city and none of them were working properly. They were either out-of-order or didn't have the right cable to connect or cables were broken. Called customer service and they said they'd send a report. Had to go elsewhere to sell my device and I got a better price.
