GBThe main issue I had was that I could… The main issue I had was that I could have gotten more for the phone but the cord and the AT was broken and it would not read the phone and see that it was powered on so I had to settle for $70 less than what I could have had. The other minute everything was easy and I was pleased

GBDon't choose cash! At the end of my transaction I chose the cash option. It only dispensed half the money. I asked a store employee for assistance and they said their store had no affiliation with Eco ATM and couldn't help. I called the number on the machine and asked to just Venmo me the remaining money owed. I was denied that and was told a paper check would be mailed. I have yet to receive the check and do not have my old phone. Very disappointed and feel like I was scammed in broad daylight. No help, no back up, no phone, no $.

GBCompany sent payment wrong person even… Company sent payment wrong person even though they were notified of mistake of wrong number given. Payment had not been processed I was given false information and product was taken from me and never got money.

GBQuick and Simple I did had to go more than one ecoATM due to the one closest to my home was not online to sell my phone. I was able to get an online quote, put the code in the system and was able to get my payout. It was quick and simple.
