GBTried EcoATM and it was terrible… Tried EcoATM and it was a terrible experience. We went to 4 different kiosks in our city and none of them were working properly. They were either out-of-order or didn't have the right cable to connect or cables were broken. Called customer service and they said they'd send a report. Had to go elsewhere to sell my device and I got a better price.

GBAwesome experience Awesome experience. The process was relatively quick and simple. I got to the ecoATM, unlocked my old phone, followed the instructions, and got the option to withdraw the phone's value in cash (PayPal was also an option). The value for the damaged phone was much higher than I anticipated (and yes, I was honest about it's condition). All in all, I definitely recommend ecoATM for anyone who has a used or damaged phone (I imagine the more functional, the better).

GBI have tried and tried to sell my… I have tried and tried to sell my tablets and phones. Your machine will not accept my alabama drivers license and there is nothing wrong with my license. It's valid in good condition. I don't know if it is because it has that new star on it but I can't sell my devices due to this issue

GBDon't choose cash! At the end of my transaction I chose the cash option. It only dispensed half the money. I asked a store employee for assistance and they said their store had no affiliation with Eco ATM and couldn't help. I called the number on the machine and asked to just Venmo me the remaining money owed. I was denied that and was told a paper check would be mailed. I have yet to receive the check and do not have my old phone. Very disappointed and feel like I was scammed in broad daylight. No help, no back up, no phone, no $.
