Tried EcoATM and it was terrible… Tried EcoATM and it was a terrible experience. We went to 4 different kiosks in our city and none of them were working properly. They were either out-of-order or didn't have the right cable to connect or cables were broken. Called customer service and they said they'd send a report. Had to go elsewhere to sell my device and I got a better price.

Everything was made easy Everything was made easy. The only reason it wasn't five stars is because I do feel a phone like the one I turned in should've been worth just a little more. But the experience was definitely made for anyone to be able to follow

I'm thankful for ecoatm I was in desperate need of some cash and I had a few old phones laying around and I was able to the cash right then

It's a great eco friendly project and… It's a great eco friendly project and fairly straightforward, however there are "business hours", so don't try it before 9am.

Quick and Simple I did had to go more than one ecoATM due to the one closest to my home was not online to sell my phone. I was able to get an online quote, put the code in the system and was able to get my payout. It was quick and simple.
