could be better does not give appropriate amount of money for devices that aren’t old and are in pristine condition. the machine could make more money if the prices weren’t jacked up. gave a 2021 ipad with no dents/scratches, turned on completely and i only purchased it 2 months ago myself and they wanted to give me $70 for it? crazy.

Tried EcoATM and it was terrible… Tried EcoATM and it was a terrible experience. We went to 4 different kiosks in our city and none of them were working properly. They were either out-of-order or didn't have the right cable to connect or cables were broken. Called customer service and they said they'd send a report. Had to go elsewhere to sell my device and I got a better price.

Always a good experience Its made real easy to use. It does most the work for you. Wish they would payout more but sumthing is better then nuthing. Always fast and friendly (lil robot dude) thank you again eco atm

Quick and Simple I did had to go more than one ecoATM due to the one closest to my home was not online to sell my phone. I was able to get an online quote, put the code in the system and was able to get my payout. It was quick and simple.

I liked that it was quick and easy..... I liked that it was quick and easy I just think I should have gotten at least half the price of the phone that is the only reason why I rated it 4 stars or it would have been a solid 5star rating
