Don't even bother if you're like 70% of the world. I ordered their insta360 flow smartphone stabilizer for my android phone. I didn't get some of the best features, just because I didn't use an apple product. I wasn't informed, even when i asked their customer service before purchase.

Returns have to go to Hong Kong The support staff are pleasant enough but be aware that if you need to return an order that they won’t pay return delivery fees for, then prepare your wallet. Returns have to be sent back to Hong Kong. UK to Hong Kong costs about £40. They don’t tell you this in the Returns FAQ. I won’t buy anything from their store now. Just get it from Amazon.

SO glad I bought this camera! I nearly didn't buy this after seeing some of the reviews, but I am SO happy I chose to go for it anyway! I took the 360 snowboarding and got the most amazing videos and pictures! The app was easy to use and not at all clunky, the mounts were simple to set up and easy to use too. I have been using my 360 for content videos for my training, hikes and my friend who has an influencer doggo! If you want great quality shots that literally make it so you don't miss a thing no matter what you are doing then get this camera! The invisible stick is the best accessory ever too, it makes your shots look like someone else is filming you! As you can tell, I am very happy with this product!

It's like the company is no existent or care at all about customers or sale then. I was going to purchase few products but now any more.

zero zero, zero, zero. terrible delivery service. paid almost 300e and for the package that never arrived but is being returned, they will take another 117e, which means I didn't even get the product, and lost a lot of money!! it's been a month since the order and nothing has been resolved yet. don't buy from them!!!
