Great shopping, support and shipping experience. Have bought through this site several times. The items are sent from China but custom expenses are included. No problems when sending to Denmark and the shipping time has been exceptional. I got my orders within days and at the announced date. I have also had dialogues with the support which I found first class. People keep commenting their view on the product that they have bought. I think that it is out of scope within Trustpilot. I can generally say that I find the products of a VERY high quality. I highly recommend the site.

One of the most worse Customer Service One of the most worse Customer Service, oh wait, they don't even have one, since no one has ever answered me, via Facebook, Instagram, Email, Website Chat or phone. It's like the company is no existent or care at all about customers or sale then. I was going to purchase few products but now any more.

Don't even bother if you're like 70% of the world. I ordered their insta360 flow smartphone stabilizer for my android phone. I didn't get some of the best features, just because I didn't use an apple product. I wasn't informed, even when i asked their customer service before purchase.

Aus China versendet. Für mich ist und war unklar das man aus China versendet. Die gleiche Bestellung von Amazon wäre nach einem Tag, statt einer Woche, vor Ort gewesen. Das es ein Produkt aus Asien ist war mir klar, nicht aber das es direkt von da versendet wird, wenn man auf der deutschen Webseite bestellt. ---------------------------- It is and was unclear to me that they ship from China. The same order from Amazon would have arrived within a day instead of a week. It was clear to me that it was a product from Asia, but not that it would be shipped directly from there if you ordered on the German website.

Returns have to go to Hong Kong The support staff are pleasant enough but be aware that if you need to return an order that they won’t pay return delivery fees for, then prepare your wallet. Returns have to be sent back to Hong Kong. UK to Hong Kong costs about £40. They don’t tell you this in the Returns FAQ. I won’t buy anything from their store now. Just get it from Amazon.
