One of the most worse Customer Service One of the most worse Customer Service, oh wait, they don't even have one, since no one has ever answered me, via Facebook, Instagram, Email, Website Chat or phone. It's like the company is no existent or care at all about customers or sale then. I was going to purchase few products but now any more.

Don't even bother if you're like 70% of the world. I ordered their insta360 flow smartphone stabilizer for my android phone. I didn't get some of the best features, just because I didn't use an apple product. I wasn't informed, even when i asked their customer service before purchase.

Great shopping, support and shipping experience. Have bought through this site several times. The items are sent from China but custom expenses are included. No problems when sending to Denmark and the shipping time has been exceptional. I got my orders within days and at the announced date. I have also had dialogues with the support which I found first class. People keep commenting their view on the product that they have bought. I think that it is out of scope within Trustpilot. I can generally say that I find the products of a VERY high quality. I highly recommend the site.

No support, yes defective products I can define myself as a "Pro Level Action Camera User" I'm a motorcycle rider and kitesurf fan and so far I used an ION camera, Gopro (Which I still have) and a few months ago I bought an Insta360 over Amazon. It's cost around $500 in total. I mostly use it on my motorcycle with invisible stick. No plastic clips. But on my last 2 rides I decided to use other mounts. One to my helmet, one to my motorcycle. After 2 rides, easy mount clips got broken. The interesting point both of them got broken at the same point. Which shows us there is a weakness. I used other cameras for years, I did thousands of miles and never had a problem like this. I reached out them they rejected their product defect and offered me to sell clips. I will look someone to sell and get rid of this camera because of weak product accessories and low level support.
