Returns have to go to Hong Kong The support staff are pleasant enough but be aware that if you need to return an order that they won’t pay return delivery fees for, then prepare your wallet. Returns have to be sent back to Hong Kong. UK to Hong Kong costs about £40. They don’t tell you this in the Returns FAQ. I won’t buy anything from their store now. Just get it from Amazon.

Aus China versendet. Für mich ist und war unklar das man aus China versendet. Die gleiche Bestellung von Amazon wäre nach einem Tag, statt einer Woche, vor Ort gewesen. Das es ein Produkt aus Asien ist war mir klar, nicht aber das es direkt von da versendet wird, wenn man auf der deutschen Webseite bestellt. ---------------------------- It is and was unclear to me that they ship from China. The same order from Amazon would have arrived within a day instead of a week. It was clear to me that it was a product from Asia, but not that it would be shipped directly from there if you ordered on the German website.

zero zero, zero, zero. terrible delivery service. paid almost 300e and for the package that never arrived but is being returned, they will take another 117e, which means I didn't even get the product, and lost a lot of money!! it's been a month since the order and nothing has been resolved yet. don't buy from them!!!

People that moan are d1cks I bought an x3 360 one year ago. Great camera, robust and provides fantastic footage for editing. The protruding lenses are susceptible to damage, but hey, you can see what you are buying before parting with cash, so all the moans about that are just wind and pish from folk who don't look after their gear. That said, I was a dick and bust one of the lenses. Insta couldn't repair it so replaced with a brand new camera for only the cost of the repair, minus 10%. Great customer service. Good comms and turnaround from me sending it to HK from UK, was 10 days.

SO glad I bought this camera! I nearly didn't buy this after seeing some of the reviews, but I am SO happy I chose to go for it anyway! I took the 360 snowboarding and got the most amazing videos and pictures! The app was easy to use and not at all clunky, the mounts were simple to set up and easy to use too. I have been using my 360 for content videos for my training, hikes and my friend who has an influencer doggo! If you want great quality shots that literally make it so you don't miss a thing no matter what you are doing then get this camera! The invisible stick is the best accessory ever too, it makes your shots look like someone else is filming you! As you can tell, I am very happy with this product!
