Aus China versendet. Für mich ist und war unklar das man aus China versendet. Die gleiche Bestellung von Amazon wäre nach einem Tag, statt einer Woche, vor Ort gewesen. Das es ein Produkt aus Asien ist war mir klar, nicht aber das es direkt von da versendet wird, wenn man auf der deutschen Webseite bestellt. ---------------------------- It is and was unclear to me that they ship from China. The same order from Amazon would have arrived within a day instead of a week. It was clear to me that it was a product from Asia, but not that it would be shipped directly from there if you ordered on the German website.

Great company that stands behind their products. I've been using Insta360 cameras for a few years now. Like any other camera I've owned I've encountered issues with them, but unlike other camera companies, Insta360 has helped me with a real agent contacting me to walk me through how to resolve my issue. I have always received a very professional treatment on any occasion I've had to reach out to them. Today its hard to find a company that stands, as well as Insta360, behind their products. I would recommend them for sure!

SO glad I bought this camera! I nearly didn't buy this after seeing some of the reviews, but I am SO happy I chose to go for it anyway! I took the 360 snowboarding and got the most amazing videos and pictures! The app was easy to use and not at all clunky, the mounts were simple to set up and easy to use too. I have been using my 360 for content videos for my training, hikes and my friend who has an influencer doggo! If you want great quality shots that literally make it so you don't miss a thing no matter what you are doing then get this camera! The invisible stick is the best accessory ever too, it makes your shots look like someone else is filming you! As you can tell, I am very happy with this product!

zero zero, zero, zero. terrible delivery service. paid almost 300e and for the package that never arrived but is being returned, they will take another 117e, which means I didn't even get the product, and lost a lot of money!! it's been a month since the order and nothing has been resolved yet. don't buy from them!!!

Great shopping, support and shipping experience. Have bought through this site several times. The items are sent from China but custom expenses are included. No problems when sending to Denmark and the shipping time has been exceptional. I got my orders within days and at the announced date. I have also had dialogues with the support which I found first class. People keep commenting their view on the product that they have bought. I think that it is out of scope within Trustpilot. I can generally say that I find the products of a VERY high quality. I highly recommend the site.
