NLthey replaced my camera out of warranty I've put my camera underwater, and it got water damage, that is not ideal. but i was already 2 months over my warranty and i sent them a message, they said that if it was a manufacturing issue then they would replace it for free, and they did. I haven't seen any companies doing this, i think it's a great customer service. In these times of companies caring only about profit, this for me it's a breath of humanity.

GBPeople that moan are d1cks I bought an x3 360 one year ago. Great camera, robust and provides fantastic footage for editing. The protruding lenses are susceptible to damage, but hey, you can see what you are buying before parting with cash, so all the moans about that are just wind and pish from folk who don't look after their gear. That said, I was a dick and bust one of the lenses. Insta couldn't repair it so replaced with a brand new camera for only the cost of the repair, minus 10%. Great customer service. Good comms and turnaround from me sending it to HK from UK, was 10 days.

DKDon't even bother if you're like 70% of the world. I ordered their insta360 flow smartphone stabilizer for my android phone. I didn't get some of the best features, just because I didn't use an apple product. I wasn't informed, even when i asked their customer service before purchase.

GBInsta360 X3 with repair Really terrible camera and service. I ordered the camera to replace my GoPro which I've had for about five years. Worst decision ever. The lens on the X3 is made from what I assume is some clear cheese type product, given how easily it scratched. I took it on a hiking trip, and both lenses came back with gashes on them. My GoPro for reference was dropped off a cliff and still has a flawless lens. I then had to send it to Hong Kong to be repaired, only to be quoted $220 for new lenses to be fitted. So that means I'm in to the tune of about $800 dollars now. It's been more than a month since I posted the camera and still have heard nothing about the repair and when I am likely to receive it back. The app is terrible, with more adverts than instagram, and no way of being able to edit 360 footage natively in Davinchi. Insta360 is a fad, and definitely not a serious or useable action camera in the real world. Don't waste your money. It will end up as an expensive (and most likely scratched) paper weight.
