Love my camera, not the customer service Love my camera, but the lens got scratched so easily and it’s incredibly difficult to get it replaced. Don’t know if I’ll go with another product from them

Insta 360 X3 Insta 360 X3 Great camera and the app is easy to use. Stitching for the 360 is usually very good just be mindful how you mount the camera for best results. I've used for motorcycling, mountain biking, skiing and general holiday stuff Bad experiences: Do not use underwater without a specific case it is not waterproof. I used mine for the 1st time on holiday in a swimming pool less than 1.2m deep and now it's not working. The battery and USB has an orange bar which must not be visible to ensure it is closed properly. Checked this before using and the water did get inside. I now need to submit a warranty claim which means sending off to Hong Kong which is annoying. I'll now be without the camera for several weeks. I'll feedback how this process works and I'd like to expect a replacement given its advertised as waterproof. Please buy a waterproof case if you plan to use in water!!!

Insta360 one Insta360 one. Not possible to connect for android. The app doesn't work propedly . Not possible to capture a picture. No album available. The app changed from English to Chinese all the time. Don't by this its a waist of money.

Returns have to go to Hong Kong The support staff are pleasant enough but be aware that if you need to return an order that they won’t pay return delivery fees for, then prepare your wallet. Returns have to be sent back to Hong Kong. UK to Hong Kong costs about £40. They don’t tell you this in the Returns FAQ. I won’t buy anything from their store now. Just get it from Amazon.

Don't even bother if you're like 70% of the world. I ordered their insta360 flow smartphone stabilizer for my android phone. I didn't get some of the best features, just because I didn't use an apple product. I wasn't informed, even when i asked their customer service before purchase.
