GBGreat company that stands behind their products. I've been using Insta360 cameras for a few years now. Like any other camera I've owned I've encountered issues with them, but unlike other camera companies, Insta360 has helped me with a real agent contacting me to walk me through how to resolve my issue. I have always received a very professional treatment on any occasion I've had to reach out to them. Today its hard to find a company that stands, as well as Insta360, behind their products. I would recommend them for sure!

GBInsta360 X3 with repair Really terrible camera and service. I ordered the camera to replace my GoPro which I've had for about five years. Worst decision ever. The lens on the X3 is made from what I assume is some clear cheese type product, given how easily it scratched. I took it on a hiking trip, and both lenses came back with gashes on them. My GoPro for reference was dropped off a cliff and still has a flawless lens. I then had to send it to Hong Kong to be repaired, only to be quoted $220 for new lenses to be fitted. So that means I'm in to the tune of about $800 dollars now. It's been more than a month since I posted the camera and still have heard nothing about the repair and when I am likely to receive it back. The app is terrible, with more adverts than instagram, and no way of being able to edit 360 footage natively in Davinchi. Insta360 is a fad, and definitely not a serious or useable action camera in the real world. Don't waste your money. It will end up as an expensive (and most likely scratched) paper weight.

GBNo support, yes defective products I can define myself as a "Pro Level Action Camera User" I'm a motorcycle rider and kitesurf fan and so far I used an ION camera, Gopro (Which I still have) and a few months ago I bought an Insta360 over Amazon. It's cost around $500 in total. I mostly use it on my motorcycle with invisible stick. No plastic clips. But on my last 2 rides I decided to use other mounts. One to my helmet, one to my motorcycle. After 2 rides, easy mount clips got broken. The interesting point both of them got broken at the same point. Which shows us there is a weakness. I used other cameras for years, I did thousands of miles and never had a problem like this. I reached out them they rejected their product defect and offered me to sell clips. I will look someone to sell and get rid of this camera because of weak product accessories and low level support.

NLthey replaced my camera out of warranty I've put my camera underwater, and it got water damage, that is not ideal. but i was already 2 months over my warranty and i sent them a message, they said that if it was a manufacturing issue then they would replace it for free, and they did. I haven't seen any companies doing this, i think it's a great customer service. In these times of companies caring only about profit, this for me it's a breath of humanity.

GBInsta 360 X3 Insta 360 X3 Great camera and the app is easy to use. Stitching for the 360 is usually very good just be mindful how you mount the camera for best results. I've used for motorcycling, mountain biking, skiing and general holiday stuff Bad experiences: Do not use underwater without a specific case it is not waterproof. I used mine for the 1st time on holiday in a swimming pool less than 1.2m deep and now it's not working. The battery and USB has an orange bar which must not be visible to ensure it is closed properly. Checked this before using and the water did get inside. I now need to submit a warranty claim which means sending off to Hong Kong which is annoying. I'll now be without the camera for several weeks. I'll feedback how this process works and I'd like to expect a replacement given its advertised as waterproof. Please buy a waterproof case if you plan to use in water!!!
