Insta360 X3 with repair Really terrible camera and service. I ordered the camera to replace my GoPro which I've had for about five years. Worst decision ever. The lens on the X3 is made from what I assume is some clear cheese type product, given how easily it scratched. I took it on a hiking trip, and both lenses came back with gashes on them. My GoPro for reference was dropped off a cliff and still has a flawless lens. I then had to send it to Hong Kong to be repaired, only to be quoted $220 for new lenses to be fitted. So that means I'm in to the tune of about $800 dollars now. It's been more than a month since I posted the camera and still have heard nothing about the repair and when I am likely to receive it back. The app is terrible, with more adverts than instagram, and no way of being able to edit 360 footage natively in Davinchi. Insta360 is a fad, and definitely not a serious or useable action camera in the real world. Don't waste your money. It will end up as an expensive (and most likely scratched) paper weight.

Great shopping, support and shipping experience. Have bought through this site several times. The items are sent from China but custom expenses are included. No problems when sending to Denmark and the shipping time has been exceptional. I got my orders within days and at the announced date. I have also had dialogues with the support which I found first class. People keep commenting their view on the product that they have bought. I think that it is out of scope within Trustpilot. I can generally say that I find the products of a VERY high quality. I highly recommend the site.

zero zero, zero, zero. terrible delivery service. paid almost 300e and for the package that never arrived but is being returned, they will take another 117e, which means I didn't even get the product, and lost a lot of money!! it's been a month since the order and nothing has been resolved yet. don't buy from them!!!

SO glad I bought this camera! I nearly didn't buy this after seeing some of the reviews, but I am SO happy I chose to go for it anyway! I took the 360 snowboarding and got the most amazing videos and pictures! The app was easy to use and not at all clunky, the mounts were simple to set up and easy to use too. I have been using my 360 for content videos for my training, hikes and my friend who has an influencer doggo! If you want great quality shots that literally make it so you don't miss a thing no matter what you are doing then get this camera! The invisible stick is the best accessory ever too, it makes your shots look like someone else is filming you! As you can tell, I am very happy with this product!
