GBrefund communication issues Unable to fix my kindle fire problem and I had to make several calls to get refund that was promised. From placing this review I was finally contacted from someone with refund details which is much appreciated. People here seem really good and friendly but I didn't love the way the refund was treated initially. I may try them again yet though for a samsung galaxy 5 issue - nervous because a kindle fix is one thing and your cell phone is on a whole other level. Still deciding.

GBExactly like I thought it would be, great. I was excited to find mission repair close to where I live. I had already checked best buy and the apple store to fix my LCD on my iPad. It was a discouraging experience. After researching iPad repairs I found that it could be done efficiently and at an affordable cost, mission repair was my answer. The repair and pick up was convenient and fast. The store hours were also a plus.

GBScreen Repair Although I had purchased a phone case for my daughter she dropped her phone and cracked the screen. (of course) After researching many companies I decided to send it to Mission Repair based on the length of time they have been in business and the number of positive reviews. I was not disappointed, phone was returned as promised and as I was under constant pressure of when the phone would be returned! I wish I was local as they can fix within an hour, I wish that would have been an option for me!!! Don't normally leave feedback but thought I should as I am sure others are or have been in the same boat!

GBThey did what it took. Sometimes you don't know how good a company is until something goes wrong. I sent in a tablet for repair, and a bunch went wrong, I don't blame Mission Repair for the problems, but I will say, without a doubt, they bent over backward to make sure all the problems were solved to my satisfaction. If the need arises again I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

GBHoly Schnikes! I found Mission online and saw I could ship my Amazon Kindle HD Fire 7 to get the charging port repaired. I shipped it as per the directions and when Mission received it I got an email confirming it had arrived. I also received a phone call that I had purchased the wrong repair (completely my fault) within a day of them getting it. It was back in my hands three days later! Excellent customer service and my tablet charges perfectly!
