Pleasing corrective to a bad experience I placed an order with a competitor, and am still trying to resolve the mess they made -- no communication, wrong product shipped -- and I am delighted with the prompt, professional way my order with you guys has been handled. Easy to do, inexpensive and done right I've had three devices repaired. Each one was done right. The price was cheaper than the local walk-in places and they were completed and shipped promptly. One required more than expected and I received a call explaining the situation and detailing my options. Highly recommend them.

hard working, family ran business. When I initially walked in, there were 4 people in front of me in line. One person was a typical "Johnson County wife", and her snooty husband who were expecting special treatment just because they drove a Benz, and had leather pants on. They were calm, cool, and collected, and assisted each person to the best of their ability. I highly recommend their services for all your smart device repairs.

refund communication issues Unable to fix my kindle fire problem and I had to make several calls to get refund that was promised. From placing this review I was finally contacted from someone with refund details which is much appreciated. People here seem really good and friendly but I didn't love the way the refund was treated initially. I may try them again yet though for a samsung galaxy 5 issue - nervous because a kindle fix is one thing and your cell phone is on a whole other level. Still deciding.

Easy and Effective. When our puggle stole the rubbery green cover from my wife's iPad mini, she cracked the glass by accident. Mission Repair was recommended by a local tech repair shop because they don't do screen repair anymore. We had a wonderful experience with them. Staff is helpful if you call with questions and the site makes it very easy to track your order's progress. Our iPad mini came back in fine shape and all is well. Hopefully we'll never need Mission Repair again, but if we do then we know that we'll get the best help possible.
