Sold to someone else Ordered guitar on sun 22/2. Account opened ,order conformation received,Monday 23/2 get email telling me they sold guitar to someone else. Please remove artical from website when sold, making multiple sales on one item is not on.very dissatisfied first and last time using sounds live.

very helpful and personal service Service was excellent, problems arose for delivery as I live in a new build and some couriers don't have my address on file. However Elaine Cooper was in touch straight away to sort it out. I have had problems in the past getting stuff delivered and put through my card for similar reasons but Elaine spent time making sure everything was in place before confirming anything. Would definitely use sounds live again
