very helpful and personal service Service was excellent, problems arose for delivery as I live in a new build and some couriers don't have my address on file. However Elaine Cooper was in touch straight away to sort it out. I have had problems in the past getting stuff delivered and put through my card for similar reasons but Elaine spent time making sure everything was in place before confirming anything.
