by far the cheapest and truly excellent service, buy with confidence. In a competitive market these guys were considerably cheaper than everyone. I entered the wrong details for delivery. They spotted the error and contacted me straight which had no impact on their very quick delivery. Will definately but from them again. Very pleased all round.

Gretsch 5420 Guitar Its hard to find companies who deliver 100% satisfaction these days but this is one of them.From talking to the very helpfull staff over the phone to the actual delivery was excellent.I live in KENT and ordered the guitar on line at 11am on 29 december it was delivered next day at 9am,i cannot praise the service enough.Will definately recommend and use again.Thanks to everyone involved. very helpful and personal service Service was excellent, problems arose for delivery as I live in a new build and some couriers don't have my address on file. However Elaine Cooper was in touch straight away to sort it out. I have had problems in the past getting stuff delivered and put through my card for similar reasons but Elaine spent time making sure everything was in place before confirming anything. Excellent The offer stated a Marshall SL 5 plus free echo pedal. The amplifier arrived fine but the echo pedal didn't. Initially i didn't get a response to enquiries but then i received and e-mail apology and the pedal arrived. Can't say fairer than that! Many thanks guys

Delivered on time I've only used Soundslive once, to buy an imported Italian amplifier. Theirs was almost the best price and the service has been as good as I suppose service could be, I ordered it and they delivered it with no problems. Yvonne kept me informed at every stage, their courier arrived when they said he would, in the pouring rain... no complaints, and I'll be back someday, promise. PI
