Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service! Had a phone come to me on time but sadly it wasn't with the right memory that I ordered initially, I called them up and put a request to exchange it, they were extremely quick with that entire process, and my phone now works perfectly and I am extremely satisfied with what I ordered.

For someone who came here just to buy a… For someone who came here just to buy a phone for the first time. I'm Definitely impressed! Everything went well and my samsung note 20 came in an original box and fully working on my Verizon 5G network. Overall it's an excellent place to buy phones from. I didn't get ripped off or got something else, I have personally got bad experience with Amazon and Verizon corporate stores leaching the life out of me. Gladly I will be looking forward to buy my next phone from cell2get

Been honest and straightforward with me… Been honest and straightforward with me from the get go, the representative I believe is Melvin had a great skill of communication and manage to help me resolve a small issue from the phone I bought from them. They have good prices and great customer service. I definitely recommend them!

Honest and excellent service! Honest, straight forward, and products come as advertised. Had my order delivered to me and their customer service was quick to respond to my concern. They wanted me to ship it back and they shipped me the correct one immediately. Took a bit of a hassle but it is ok all as long as I am now satisfied.
